Connected Women Philippines will once again take part in a worldwide simultaneous meetup this coming August 15, 2018, held at the Echostore, Cagayan de Oro in partnership with VESTI Conversations. 

Raising awareness on how we can protect and save our environment with a series of talks from non-profit eco-groups. The highlight of the event is the Eco-brick workshop which will be conducted by a known eco-warrior in the city. 

All of the participants in this event will have the privilege to learn the proper process in making a quality Eco-brick that is made of an empty plastic bottle filled with waste plastics, instead of throwing this waste in the dump site - in our own little way we have turned the source of pollution into a solution. 

The finished Eco-bricsk shall be donated to an Eco Art Farm Project in Villanueva, Misamis Oriental, an initiative and campaign by Dire Husi and the eco-warriors of the region.
